Also I make my on hours and can change them as needed. Do those teas really work or are they just called " Slepytime " I haven't had any stomach problems sowarm milk could work but doesn't exactly sund yummy. Maybe with an archwat sugar free cookie which I just started buying, thy are pretty good. The ac works well for white noise but my dh hates it. What does an ionizer dofor sleep?
