I have been on SCD for 2.8 years and have ordered almond flour from

Lucy's Kitchen Shop online. I buy 25 pounds and freeze it in quart

size freezer ziploc bags. Works great and lasts as long as I need.

Recently I found almond flour at Trader Joe's. Really inexpensive at a

bit more than $3 a pound. I emailed the company to make sure that

there were no additives and customer service wrote back and assured me

that there were none. It's good to have these two sources.

I can't remember what it said on the box. You could probably contact them and ask where theirs comes from.

I have ordered from Lucy's and Digestive wellness and they are both from the same place. the box says CAMPOS california almonds. It is super fine. At one time I ordered a sample from all the companies like Houston Nuts, nuts 4 u, several others, but I can't remember anymore which ones had chunks in them but there were several Katy ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ ____Get your fix.
