Guest guest
looking on list- havarti is legal. now comes the question i have learned to understand that there is " danish havarti " and there is " wisconsin style havarti " which is a product that is like the danish havarti but has been altered to suit the american palette. i will read about what makes the processing different. but i gather when elaine approved havarti she was talking about the original danish one huh? although wisconsin one has been around a while i think. anything that is like " made to suit the american palette " raises such a red flag and i hear a loudspeaker straight into my cranium " danger will robinson " !! jodi
