new medication only once a day

I have been taking asacol, two pills, three times a day until

recently. My doctor has now put me on a new medication that he says

many gastroenterologists are giving their patients. It's

called " Lialda " and I only have to take it once a day in the morning

(two pills). I am thrilled to have a less complicated daily life, not

having to get out the pill case at lunch and dinner. If anyone is on

asacol, you might consider asking your doctor about the new

medication. It might work for you too.
