Guest guest Posted February 25, 2008 Report Share Posted February 25, 2008 i was wondering if ya'll can help me understand. when i eat something that is sweet (diluted apple cider or a yogurt smoothie with banana or mango or strawberries) well the cider doesnt really agree with me in general as it makes me feel heavy and bloated but grape juice diluted always gives me green watery D no matter the brand! with all of this, i feel i need the sugar or else i feel my blood sugar like totally drops. but when i consume these things i get a " sugar rush " type of feeling and like feel high. my question is- am i feeding the yeast this way? do i have a sensitivity? i have had to totally cut out honey from my diet. as it usually makes me feel bloated and also gives me a rush but i find i have a hard time with self control when it comes to just limiting it to a teaspoon so i just went cold turkey. what are other good ways to regulate blood sugar via food? jodi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
