Here's the link to Bee's Yahoo candida support group. Remember that many of the suggestions may include SCD-illegals, or be an option that isn't for you depending on what your digestive disorder is. So you'll have to "filter" the information.

It's a very chatty group, so I don't get emails. I just visit the website occasionally to look at the files, and sometimes look over the messages. Bee Wilder, the group owner, is very knowledgeable about candida and focuses on healthy eating.

Just remember to check suggestions for their legality on SCD -- and taking into account your own stage in healing.
