Guest guest
I'd think this: I bet they are jealous that you lost 20 pounds.... and quite honestly.... You're doing great! Don't worry what they tell you and before you know it, you'll be down another 10 pounds, and hang in there! I'm brand new at this diet, so I'm hoping it goes OK. My willpower has been shot lately, and this is it.... hope it works! Jackie _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Guest guest
I agree, they are probably jealous! Maybe you should have your blood work done, triglycerides, cholesterol, etc, and that would prove it to them! That also caused me to gain 2 pounds which disappeared the next day when I got back to ketosis. I don't measure myself, but it doesn't really seem that I'm losing any big inches either. I have a feeling that suddenly I'll lose maybe 3 pounds all at once or something, because if you're in ketosis, you're supposed to be burning the fat. Nita >> Nita, I did the same thing for about 5-6 weeks. I would gain two pounds and then lose them, then gain 1 and lose it. I didn't feel like I was losing inches either. I guess I probably was losing some inches, but slowly. I have finely started losing pounds again!! Just stick with it, you will start to lose again! Guest guest
Thanks, I am determined to stick with this, because low calorie diets just don't do it for me! No way can I stick to them. I'm glad to hear that someone else had this same experience, though. Nita http://ni3d.homestead.com/nitaspages/nitasbirdsheet.html Nita's Nest, with " Beginning with Birds " basic care sheet. Guest guest
Hi, my name is Leah and I just started the diet today, actually. I was wondering whether or not salmon is safe on the intro?? I couldn't find anything about fish anywhere! If it isn't safe on the intro, when is the suggested phase to introduce it? Thanks!
