Guest guest
Louise, Like you, I cannot tolerate dairy. (I am so envious of all the SCDers who can inhale yogurt and DCCC without thinking about it!)I tried both the home-made regular yogurt and the goat yogurt and could not handle them. My next attempt will be nut milk yogurt but I am waiting for GI Pro Health to get in new supplies of their non-dairy yogurt starter. I have found I can only tolerate mini-doses of the non-dairy acidophilus capsules (just pull it apart and sprinkle on food). I'm hoping to work up to a better tolerance gradually. I would suggest you watch out for dairy-based acidophilus and try the non-dairy options instead. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi Sue, Continuing on the idea of your thread... Do any of you know- What they put into the non dairy probiotics? Like, what are the bacteria made out of? Yeast? If so what is that yeast sourced from? I am very interested and slightly confused about all of this.
