Is there any kind of yeast you can use for baking? I'm still not

sure whether yeast is legal or not, although I'm assuming not. If yeast

cannot be used does anybody know of another way to make stuff rise? I'm

wanting to make a sticky bun, although I'm nowhere near using nuts yet

lol. I'm just trying to devise my recipe now. Another question I had

was that I found out I cannot tolerate chicken. Automatically, I went

and bought a whole turkey and found I had the exact same reaction! Now

the reaction seems to be the worst when I use whole birds, but I've

completely cut both out. It just makes me wonder if the whole ones are

chemically treated even though I bought organic free range. Also I cut

out chicken eggs, but recently bought some duck eggs from a local

farmer and did perfectly! So anyone with chicken egg problems this

might be a good idea to try. Leah SCD 02/24/08
