Guest guest
I haven’t heard of Xlear, but I’ve used a neti pot with a couple drops of tea tree oil in the salt water. Tea tree oil is a good candida fighter. You could probably do the same with drops of grapefruit seed extract. Either of those would be a less expensive option to try. Deb Have you heard of a product Xlear (is pronounced Clear)? It is a nasal spray with grapefruit seed extract and will kill yeast on the sinuses. It is super effective. Runs for about $15 a spray bottle and you can find it at Whole Foods or any good health food store.
