Guest guest
Hi all, this is the type I have. No fun. Guest guest
Mama-Sher, it's been a roller coaster ride, let me tell ya' I've had 5 or 6 esophageal stretchings because my esophagus strictures up like an hour glass and I can't swallow. I have calcinosis on my finger tips and lost part of my pinky to it. A very small part, but a piece of me nonetheless. And the Crohn's...well, there are some days I can't leave the house. And sometimes it's weeks. Thank Goodness for the internet, books, and DirecTV!!! LOL!!! So much more, but since it doesn't really pertain to the PF (which is why we're here, right?) I'll just say that for anyone with AI diseases life can be a huge challenge. It's how we deal with these challenges that shapes who we become. I'm a basket-case wrapped in a body of optimism and fortitude, with a huge pink bow... LOL!!! Thanks for the blessing. It means a great deal to me to have such kind and understanding folks in my corner. Big HUGS from Texas!
