Yoicks! You all have a lot of faith in me..... now I just have to have

that much faith!

Yes, squash or carrot chips (in addition to pizza!) are one of the things

I want to make. C-RUN-chy!!!!

I envy you the lobster -- we get oysters, shrimp, crawfish, and fish,

wild caught, here, but not lobsters! And hey, lobster tails with drawn

butter and fresh garlic is a recipe that's SCD legal as it is!

Somewhere floating around, I have a recipe for almond flour / crab meat

dressing which was delicious, but I need to tinker with it a little

more.

I love to roast veggies on a

roasting zucchini, red onion and

basil.

Heat the stone, spritz the veggies, and toss them flat on the stone?

Until roasted-done, or crispy?

I like all three -- sounds tasty.
