Dr. Nase recommended a cleanser, Aderma Septalibour as particularly

suitable for 'mopping up flakes' in seb derm as I think he put it. I use it

and love it, much nice than Zia for flakey skin.

I'd also recommend that you try City Block or wait for Sy's new

protective cream - it's really, really nice to use. Also try one of 's

oils - Vita Oil or Moisturising Oil. Both are lovely and for most people,

non-irritating.

I've found that massaging a drop of jojoba oil into my skin after

washing it gets rid of the flakies. They used to be most noticeable

under my makeup. The jojoba seems to do the trick for me.
