I do not drip

my yogurt........Just pour off the runny stuff that gathers......I do not find

it runny. Guess I am used to it........I also ferment mine for 29 hours.......I

use freeze dried starter and local 2% milk......and make 2 glass jars a week.......

I used to pour off the " runny stuff " but then I started collecting it

in a spoon and drinking it. I figure if the yogurt is really great

for me than the liquid couldn't hurt. Now I actually enjoy it.
