Thanks Kim for your input!

I was just freaking out a little over the past few days, I realize

now though just how important rest is during this time. I have been

trying to carry on as usual, but I am finding that I need extra

sleep, and forget about trying to get my few runs in! Today went a

little better and I am hopeful that with time, my body will continue

the healing process. It seems as if " learning patience " has been the

theme of my life since going being diagnosed and going through

everything the past year or so. So, I will continue to be patient!

I will also go back to a simpler diet and go easy on adding new

foods. I have been reading some earlier posts about food grouping

and eating certain foods every other day or even changing each food

group every 4 days. Maybe I should try rotating the foods too?

I still am wondering about the yogurt though. I feel that this is

such an important part of the diet, but I am unsure when to try it

and how I know if I tolerate it or not? Perhaps the cheesecake will

be more tolerable, but I think the book says that baking the yogurt

kills all the bacteria, so I won't be getting them that way. If I

find I can't tolerate the yogurt, then should I get the acidolphilus

pills to try instead?

Thanks for the advice again, I appreciate it!

Good luck also to all those other newbies starting or who have just

started!
