question about elaine's BTVC cheesecake

is there a way to make the cheesecake recipe from BTVC more solid and

toasty? i cannot tolerate too much nut flour (so i don't want to make

a nut flour crust) and the recipe is indeed yummy (i added cooked

cinnamon apples) i just would like it to be more solid as opposed to

it being so runny and if it can be toasty somehow that would be

awesome!! would make my husband thrilled!
