Oh you poor thing! I know what See's chocolate taste like. We get them

each year for Christmas from family in CA. Look in the mirror, have you

kept a journal of your weight loss? Tell yourself what matters most to

you, you want to get your body healthy and you are now on the right road to

get there. There is nothing in See's chocolate that your body needs.

If you eat one or two you know you will have a set back in your progress,

but you can get back on track. It is your decision.

Good luck to you and come the Christmas season you might need to help me!

I hope to be so slim by then that the site of See's candy doesn't phase me

a bit.
