I also had my 48 week check up. Although my numbers did not increase

they are still stable at 51-54% FVC and 34-37% DLCO and walked nearly

500 meters in 6 min @ 2 lpm and sat @ 95 %.

THE REAL GOOD NEWS

My study nurse and Dr. told me that they are planning on taking the

study to the next level. What they called a roll out wich means, The

results they recieved were very favorable and they will be giving the

real medicine to everyone who was in the study for atleast a year so

they can have more safety data for the FDA. After that period when

approved by FDA it will be available to anyone for treatment. I think

this medicine may be the key to atleast stopping the progression of

this disease.

Leanne Congrats on the too healthy I can understand the rollercoaster

emotions you are going thru

Peggy Do we have the next Barbara WA WA in you? Will you still

remember me when you get the nobel peace prize.

That is good news. Lots of studies being conducted, but that would

mean at least two advancing, if it happens. The other one being

Sildenafil/Revatio/Viagra.
