Wholistic Pediatrics Primary Care, Allergies, Autism, ADHD and Related Distorders

Dr will be giving a lecture entitled "Prevent Harm Now: How to Carry, Birth and Raise a Child in a Toxic World" at the SPARC conference in St sburg on Saturday, September 20th, from 10:30AM to 12:00PM. This conference is being sponsored by The Statewide Advocacy Network on Disabilities. Pre Registration (at a discounted rate) ends 9/13/08, so sign up now online! Dr has also been invited to make a presentation before the Florida Governor's Autism Task Force. It will be held at the University of South Florida, USF Marshall Student Center Room 3707 on September 25th at 12:30PM. The topic will be "The Biological Plausibility of a Relationship between Vaccines and Autism Spectrum Disorders". Seating is limited at the meeting, but we have been told "The Florida Channel" is taping the proceedings and will be showing them at a later date. In addition they should be providing us with a copy of this particular presentation, and we will post it on the webpage once available. The TIKVAH Special Needs Program at Tampa Jewish Family Services invites you to attend the upcoming "TIKVAH Talk" group on Thursday, September 18th from 7:00PM-9:00PM at the Tampa Jewish Communitu Center. le Sutton, a Licensed Psychologist, will address the group. She is the Director of the USF Autism Spectrum Assessment and Treatment Clinic. In her presentation entitled "Understanding the Autism Spectrum", she will discuss what it means to be on the Autism Spectrum; the signs and how a child is diagnosed as being on the Spectrum; and services that are helpful for children on the Spectrum. A question and answer session will follow the presentation. The group is free of charge and is open to all in the community. Family members, professionals, and teachers are welcome.
