Guest guest
people please dont give medical advice about how to take and what to take regarding medications. It was suggested on this site that a person should not take her anti siezure medication. Not only is this fool hardy, discontinueing a med like this with out checking with a doctor not only is dangerous could be deadly. Tegretol is a effective drug for siezure control and although as with all drugs there are side effects they are well documented. There has been anectodtal links to a rare type of luekemia(Rarer than the Acm most of the people on this site have), and a scientific link has not been established. Many people have taken this drug for many many years and have done nothing but benifit from it. So please people if your intentions are not to hurt anyone share your expiriances, Give suggestions and your support but leave the practice of medicine to the MDs.
