Traffic moving on the expressway is an improvement over here where it

stops and becomes a huge parking lot. I am curious about the ambulance

though as I've wondered if its local or other places too, but around

here sirens get ignored, police, ambulance, fire and rescue. I had just

never encountered an area where people didn't slow down and move over

before.
