Update on tring to get AAC form signed by school

Just an update on me tring to get the school concurance form signed. The AAC specialist from the county called me back yesterday and asked me to send her the report so she could do an out of system review as she did not know my son. She will not get it until she gets back from break but I figures that would happen no matter what. So I am going to send it to her with a short letter about my son and why we feel it would help him and also put my son's private SLP phone number on it so she can call and talk to her. The lady told me that as far as she knows Florida is the only state that requires the school to sign off if you are tring to get it though Medicade. She wants to call them and find out why that is. I am also going to send her the form with a self address stamp envelope with the hopes that she will sign it and send

it back to me.
