I have: ditto.

Try Aderma Septlibour cleanser. As

recommended by Dr. Nase. It's ideal

for rosacea skin. Then try applying

a zinc-oxide containing product to where

you get zits/redness/oilyness. Try

desitin (in the US), I use Aderma

Dermalibour. As a moisturiser I usually

use Aderma irritated/reactive skin help

cream. Nearly all this can be ordered

on the Internet I think.

Check through past postings for anything

from Dr. Nase (search for gnase@iu, it's

the start of his email address). It's

all good stuff.

Alternatively, the Sher system is pretty

good. Try www.sher.co.uk/skincare.

Hope this helps.
