I think quitting smoking is always a good idea for the long run.

Although I know that for myself I have smoked on and off for the past 6

years or so and haven't noticed it making my rosacea any worse.

Actually at times I think that when I wasn't smoking my rosacea was

worse due to my high levels of stress and anxiety. I too am planning to

quit smoking but I am holding off until I have a bit more stability in

my life to go on and have found a better way to deal with my nerves.
