Guest guest
I think quitting smoking is always a good idea for the long run. Although I know that for myself I have smoked on and off for the past 6 years or so and haven't noticed it making my rosacea any worse. Actually at times I think that when I wasn't smoking my rosacea was worse due to my high levels of stress and anxiety. I too am planning to quit smoking but I am holding off until I have a bit more stability in my life to go on and have found a better way to deal with my nerves. J.R.
