I am researching the Tutor Time after care programs for my autistic

son and his ADHD brother (8 & 5) Right now they take an hour long bus

ride after school, then they are in a group with 16 other typical kids

ages 5-12, in one room, with a teacher that the center says is

" certified in special needs " but won't let me see any credentials for

herself or the teacher. She said it is private, and won't release it.

Is this legal?
