Bruce I am out of breathe just sitting here, I will think about it

right now I am going to go lay down I am tired and look its only 130

here and I have spent my entire day right HERE boy I sure must love

you all! Thanks Irene and Bruce and everyone I am sure I will figure

it out been a fighter my whole life just worn out I guess.

Well, I'd start by typing up everything you've expressed here today.

Then pick a day to call or send it or do something. But while being

strong show how weak its making you too. Make sure they know you just

have to have help now. That you can't take anymore like its been.

Appeal to every ounce of compassion they may have and may have hidden

away.
