Dear All,

I love all of the links to helpful sites and cool ideas that have been

posted in the last few days. I hope everyone that posted a link will take

about 60 seconds and put it in the " Bookmark " section on the homepage for

our list! I get this in digest form and if I don't go back and if I don't

stop and check out everything as it comes up then I lose stuff (although

it's in the archives it is one more search that I will forget to do.)

Also, all the cool ideas for adapting stuff- please can these also be

posted in the files section? You shouldn't even have to do anything but

paste your post to the list right into the file section. These will be

very helpful to locate when needed.

, you know you are going to have to take photos of the Ohio poster and

post it in the file section!! Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead Saturday night.... unless you are in

that one area of Indiana. = : 0

Hi.. Cyndi was emotional as well for a few months

prior to actually starting. And she would cry alot and

complain of backaches.

We gave her midol and what we call " period chocholate "

which can be any chocholate given in small amounts. I

know that sounds odd but I admit it seems to help in

some off the wall way. She used the heating pad as

well.

When she finally started the first one was rough but

after that the hormones seemed to have gotten under

control.

I think as they go through it they come to be more

accepting and tolerant. Cyndi does complain sometimes

about wishing it would be gone for good lol but mostly

as long as I keep midol and our period chocholate

around she does alright with it. Cyndi's fav is 3

muskateers :)

I know what ya mean about finding someone around this

age, seems everyone I know has younger or far older

kids.

Nice talking with ya :)

Thanks to all who replied regarding parasites, esp NH and Zack. I definitely

do have both; but right now the parasites are the more immediate problem. I

already have Oil of Oregano, can't remember why I stopped taking it (except

maybe just because the taste is so overwhelming!). I'll go back to it.

And Jeanne, it sure sounds like die-off to me! Esp because I'm just

recovering from some recent 'dietary slippage' myself. It seems like it comes

back

with a vengeance if you make the mistake of slipping, too soon. Well, it's a

good reminder to stay 'clean'!
