yikes! not what i wanted to hear but good to know i'm not alone - i

did get some decrease in nausea with the basic diet and started it

today - i am scheduled for the gastric emptying thur if ins covers

it! so annoyed with them! also what is the neuro. saying is causing

the nervous system to deteriorate???? will probably see one soon with

questions of hands not tolerating heat now??? hope it doesn't come to

drugs but if there's no answer/reason then i'd be ok with it but hate

to mask it and not know how i'm really feeling you know??/

chronic nausea; it's part of my upper GI disorders. I just saw my

gastroenterologist this morning because my nausea has been a lot

worse in the past few months. It was bad to severe before I started

SCD, and during the first year when I was going through the detoxing

and healing. Then it improved and became minimal most of the time,

and I actually had several hours a day completely free from nausea.

is worse, or my liver is acting up, so for starters he wants me to

try Reglan, a stomach motility med. I saw my neurologist a few weeks

ago, and mentioned my increased nausea because it can be triggered by

other body systems than digestive (or so he informed me a year ago).

He thinks it's probably tied into my deteriorating nervous system,

but didn't have any solutions.

foods and supplements and experiment to see if something is

triggering nausea for you. I found supplements often caused just as

much nausea as food. You definitely should also discuss your nausea

with your doctors, maybe they can run the standard tests and see if

you have poor digestive motility or other issues. Neurological

issues can also be a contributing factor for nausea.
