Hi, I too was recently diagnosed and sound alot like you. I have

pain almost daily in my feet (but at this point it's tolerable and

varies in severity) but everywherelse tends to just flare a bit here

& there...and just occassionaly flare really bad where it

temporarily wipes me out with pain; then miracuously it's gone

again. The only on going pain is in my feet. I'm on mobic &

plaquenil and really haven't seen an improvement yet. I've been on

mobic about 4 months and the plaquenil about 1 month. I think I have

seen an improvement in my fatigue though. I know I've felt EXHAUSTED

for about the past 6/7 months and finally feel some relief, which I

can only think is the meds.

Hope that helps, I think I've had a flare, at least a minor one in

each joint...including the jaw (which scares me), but I try to keep

a positive attitude about it and I think that helps. With all the

improvements and meds available today I try to stay confident that

I'll find something that works for me :)
