I sometimes get headaches from dehydration...like this morning, when I slept

really late, and woke up with a headache...that went away after about a

quart of water.

If I have a persistent headache, I do take something for it. No point in

suffering.

Sue:

I'm a bit late in answering, but I wouldn't take the Excedrin Migraine. Try

2 ibuprophen or, even better invest in some Orudis (ketoprophen).

Especially if you think the source is from carrying 20 pounds of beautiful

girl around ketoprophen is going to be a better source of relief.

Caffeine is often not a problem Sue.. one of those YMMV things... if you are

in pain, I'd take the pill now - even if it did have an effect, it would be

short-lived and won't have any long-term impact on your weight loss. If you

are worried about the caffeine, I'd run out tomorrow and buy a pain reliever

without caffeine so that you are prepared for the next time you need it :)
