Guest guest
No....I know them too well.....thats why I just tried different things off the internet. I like Hudson Softech better than the Salter they supply.....and periodically I try more. I also think switching provides some relief as they don't hit you quite the same. > > Thanks for this link. Guest guest
, Sorry that you have been ill with a head cold. Everything that hits us hits harder with PF. Try using Ocean saline nasal spray or Ayr products to help you with the nasal congestion. I even use simple steam from a bowl of boiling water and an towel over my head. I can just use the steam for about a minute at a time ...but I sit there for about three minutes. It helps with the congestion for a brief time. It took more than 4 weeks weeks to really get back from a simple head cold recently. Just rest as much as possible. Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z fibriotic NSIP/o5/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 and Reynaud’s too!! It is better today after a week but I never expected to be so debilitated. Started Avalox immediately to keep away infection. I am sure many of us go through this every year. I can't breathe in my O2 because of the head congestion and my sat rates are not good although they seldom are anyway.Gotta keep a sense of humour about this. I am sooooo tired. Have not seen this mentioned on the list. Any hints would be appreciated. H Englewood Florida PF 4/06 No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
