Where do you find this gadget. I will be starting to make the

yogurt this weekend and am worried about the consequences if I don't

get it right. It would be a shame to be on this restrictive diet

and not get the benefits because I screwed up the yogurt temp!

I have a Euro Cuisine, but don't think that it requires water. Can

you use the temp controller without water? All input

appreciated.
