Hi Sandy,

I'm ever so sorry to hear of the diverticulitis and I'm thinking

your way.

I seem to have had a set back as a result of trying goat yogurt.

I'm glad that i ordered the non-dairy acidophilus from Kirkman's.

I hope it gets here okay, across the border.

Isn't Lyosan made with dairy? Or perhaps you can tolerate?
