Guest guest
Try magnesium. I use magnesium malate (also called malic acid), but calcium and magnesium need to be balanced; I find that I need about equal amounts of calcium and magnesium (instead of the commonly recommended 2:1 ratio) to avoid muscle twitches and calf cramps. If you haven't already discovered this, the best way to stop a night-time leg cramp is to bend your knee and flex your foot (toes toward you). Hope this helps.
