I know some only take lyosan when not having yogurt - but Lucys said

yogurt doesn't have much so take lyosan and yogurt??? also if I had a

neg bacterial overgrowth breathing test does that mean I don't need as

much??? will I do harm taking both - I'm splitting one capsule 1/2 am.
