strange yogurt

hi all,

i have one of those euro-something yogurt makers, it has 7 glass jars

that makes individual servings of yogurt. yesterday as i was taking

the yogurt out to put in the fridge i noticed that two of the jars were

literally 1/3 full of lactic acid. why would this happen? is it

possible there was that much more lactose in those two jars?
