hey marilyn,

ok! i am starting to understand.

being able to know between the disease and the die-off is very

difficult and from how i am processing what you wrote- it's like

almost the same thing! i just need to be patient as this is part of

the journey. i just thought that maybe -i- am doing something.

i know i have come a long way!!

thats why it scares me that i am screwing up somehow.

thanks... this really helps me be less apprehensive and more positive!
