Guest guest
Welcome and all the best to you! The tops or grassy part of sprouts are legal but the bulbs contain carbs to nourish the growing plant. Juicing at home is legal if you use legal fruits and veggies and DILUTE the juice with water as it has powerful sugars and useful enzymes. Wait until " D " stops and you have used cooked, seeded and peeled fruits and vegetables without a problem first. The algae are not legal. Newbuis soon become Golden Oldies! > Hello I just started yesterday! > > I do have 3 questions about certain foods being legal or not > > 1. Are all algae illegal or only the ones with carrageenan?
