Yes, glad you're debating. Be careful. Don't take chances so soon if

you're not sure. Wait at least a few days to do anything crazy...lol

Headache is probably from listening to me so long. But I would say

after hospital stay rest is probably much in order. It's for sure one

doesn't get any in the hospital.

Hi Zena, It was 4:15am. My son and his girls came up last night and I guess I was wound up and only slept my usual3 1/2 hours. I did go back to bed and got a few more. Thank Heavens. I am glad your doing well. I clean up the same way a few min. at a time. It took me all day yesterday to change my bed. I need to go in and get the dirty ones in the washer then again maybe not..LOL. I do have two grands here that can do that little job. yeah. Take care of you. Love and Prayers, Peggyipf 6/04Worry looks around.Sorry looks back,Faith looks up. Hello Peggy, what time is it there? I'm not doing too bad at the moment.  I've been motivated to slowly start the spring cleaning this week.  What I do is the basics (make the beds, pick up the towels, washing up etc)  Then I do an extra 15 mins upstairs, and 30 mins in 2 15min parts downstairs.  It's quite surprising how much I can do in 15 mins, and it isn't taking it out of me too muchHow are you?Love Ze x> >> >> > I hate it that our sweet Irene had an episode that> > landed her in the hospital. Irene... well I'm wishing you don't go to work. You won't continue to bounce back if you continue to push to the max every!

I know you are on a new job...is there any way you could not work outside at all??

You deal with so much, can a job at least, be deleted?

Zena, The timer is a fabulous idea! With

all the packing needed now that we are moving the timer will help

to keep me from getting exhausted! I know that I can get something

done in a few 15 minute sessions each day

and then my family will stop yelling at me for working too hard. I

can say...it's only 15 minutes!!! Such an easy solution for all of us!

So to stop me doing that I set the timer for 15 mins. It's also a good

trick for a daunting task, as it is surprising how much you can get

done in 15 mins. Knowing that you're only going to do 15 mins and then

have a cuppa stops the whole task getting overwhelming. You know

you're not going to do the job in 15 mins, 15 mins isn't a big deal and

you've probably made a pretty good dent in the job so that when you've

had your cuppa, watched a film or something, the daunting job doesn't

look quite so bad! One of those silly things that gets the house work

Irene... it's amazing to me how you bring up the energy to do what you do. I only hope you don't have a price to pay further down the road. Your body needs good care to carry you as long as you want to be carried.
