OUCH, that looks like it hurts! I am sorry that you have to

experience that. I have found with techs they cant tell you that

information because they arent the doc so waiting is what you will

have to do, which is all we ever seem to do. Glad you got to see

your RA doc!

Hi All my Friends.This morning, I had the HRCT for my lungs, I don't know why technician was looking for a Blood in My Lungs, instead he was supposed to be looking to see if PF has progressed...I asked him, will you be able to see if disease progressed, he said we did get a clear view of your lungs....On Friday, my hand swelled, was numb, couldn't feel it etc...made an urgent appointment to see my Rheumatologist today after the scan, took photos of my hand on cell and showed them to her this morning, because I knew by the time I will see her my hand would be back to normal size.  I have to e-mail the pictures to her of hand...once I get to know how to do it, I'll post them on the group.I was prescribed Prednisone 20mg to take for 3 days, each time it happens. thanks Sandie! For sure I'm going to wait until the results come in...because then I'll have to make a decision to see 1 of 4 lungs dr's recommended to me.

Well at least you got the option of at least 4. I am doing the same,

very short of breath today. I lost 3 pounds in less then a week when

I went to the doctor yesterday. that was a little odd I thought but

oh well I guess I will watch it.

I got the confirmation on my grandma's death certificate today. I

didnt know my grandma had heart issues until she was older like the

last few years but that wasnt the case. Ventricular Tachycardia;

Contributing condtitions: Severe coronary artery disease and heart

failure.

And I guess several of my aunts and uncles have heart disease. My

Aunt is looking to see what my great grandfather died of because

thats who I seem to follow and where I get my RA, I just dont have a

good feeling about that at all.

So I guess I am hanging in there today! Thanks for asking!
