Thanks for the tip on the photos. The policy makes

sense. I uploaded the pictures of me and the boys.

Question, however, I know you have a delightful sense of

humor and enjoy a sense of mystery - but did you

intentionally black out the picture of yourself ?? When

I tried to open the file - all I could see was the

truck- you looked a bit like a negative ??? I didn't go

through all the photos yet. Loved the pic of a and

.

Hi, ! You and " the boys " are adorable! The picture of Tom Clancy really

made me laugh.

a and make a wonderful couple. I like that picture very much, too.

Sorry that the mailman joke photo is not the greatest. No, I was not trying

to be mysterious. As I said, it was snowing and my daughter was in a hurry

(it wasn't worth altering it with my photo software either). Today I went to

the endodontist, but I forgot to bring my camera. Oh, well, maybe the UPS

man will stop by tomorrow.

In a few minutes, I'll upload a picture that I took about an hour ago of my

youngest, , and me.

We're having some fun now ...

That is a really special picture of me and my husband because it was

taken by a dear friend that I met on this list when she came to visit me.

I hope has another picture. When we meet last summer, I had my

camera, but we were so gabby that I forgot to take pictures! I was so mad

at myself.

a,

I'm to blame for that goof, too, because I was talking too much and had my

camera with me, ready but never used, the whole time. I realized it later

and was disappointed, but now we have a good excuse to meet again.

Kathy,

We have a file area for pictures through eGroups. Go to the following link:

You can also get there by going to the link at the bottom of each post:

and then choosing " Files " from the selections running up and down the left

side of the page.

Once you are in, just click on the jpg file of interest to see the picture.

If you have any problems doing this, please let me know.

I think that I might be able to help here.

If anyone would like me to convert their photos so that they are smaller than than 100kb, then please write to me.

It would be a pitty if someone wants to show pictures and they arent able to.I for my self checked nina's pictures and saw that the one of her pictures at age 1 month is more than 700 kb, which is unnessacary. So I would like suggest that everybody checks theirs and make them less kb as well, pherpahs no more than 100 kb per picture? To small would be a pitty, cause we loose to much details. ut this will not be sufficient for long...Maybe someone out there has other ideas? Perhaps an extra group for pictures? Or can we put them in the 'Files' area?Bernice

My photos are under the title "Sami." Please feel free to convert them. I'm not sure how to do that. I'd hate to think that some of the members were unable to share their photos too. Thanks.

Nina is right - at the rate we are going, we will run out of space in

the next month or so.

Her suggestions are good. If we can make the file size smaller ...

that will work.

I tried to help people who asked me to reduce the file size for them

but because I don't have access to the actual file that people

uploaded, then I cannot do anything.

If you want me to help, then you can email the photos to me at:

andy.bowles@...

I can then convert them into " smaller files " , send them back to you

so that you can take the old ones off, and put the new ones on. This

is really easy for me to do, it takes less than 1 minute per picture.

Please note that the photo itself does not become smaller. In fact,

you may not even notice any difference.

I have contacted , it looks like we cannot even buy any extra

photo space.

If anyone wants to convert the photos themselves, then I will be

happy to send you some step-by-step instructions. So please write to

me directly.

sounds like good housekeeping skills you got there Shireen...Go for it...

blepharophimosis Photos

HiWould anybody mind if I tidied up the photos (that aren't in folders) and put them in folders? In other words, I would put all photos from the same family in one folder? This would make it easier to see them in chronological order, and compare "before and after".If you DON'T want me to do that, then let me know.Shireen

,

I would probably be the loser on hand pictures...don't have a scanner

to show but am scheduled for surgery next week and wonder if I will go thru

with it. Don't like the thought of not being able to use my right hand for

a while. Since I am right handed, you may not be hearing from me for a

while. Doc only plans to straighten out my middle finger for starters.

Knuckle joint needs replacing on middle finger but will do that later. He

said he could do just so much on the same finger in one operation. Doc is

amazed that my left hand looks so " normal " since RA usually does same thing

to both sides.

Any thoughts on this hand surgery?? I have been wearing a splint and

hand is really starting to bother me now...

The pictures may not be too clear, it is hard to do one handed, LOL. They actually look pretty good I thought. Unfortunately you can't see the unbending joints.

It's funny (?) how one day they can look, and feel, so bad and the next day, they look and feel better.

Strange. But I will happily take the better days!

MY hands are very similar to yours Jacy. My camera is playing up at the mo, but I will take pics when I get it sorted.
