You can buy cannulas with those cushions already on them. I'm not sure

if that works better or not.

The foam thingys you were given, did they wrap around or were they

ciruclar with a hole in the middle that you slid the cannula tube

through? Did they look like the Salter EZ Wrap on this page?

Bruce, yes, they looked like that, only shorter. They were so generous

and gave me 2....which would NOT stay on.

Where do I find the cannulas with the cushion already on them? At that

same supplier? And have you tried them?

waaaahhhhh!!!

The ones that come with the cushions are the Salter TL Series

Salter-Style® TLCannula™

This Cannula is a NEW Benchmark in patient comfort and long term

wearability. It combines all the Salter-Style comforts with the E-Z

wrap ™ soft, closed cell, foam cushion assembled on the head tubing.

This provides a new dimension in comfort for the user with sensitive

over the ear tissue.

It is available in adult size only and three flow ranges. 1616TLC up

to 3 LPM; 1600TLC up to 6 LPM; 1600QTLC up to 8 LPM and a variety of

tubing lengths.

Most suppliers should be able to get them including that one.

They are on Ebay.

Also, if you just try a different cannula like a Hudson Softech it

might not cause the problem. If the ears get to be too much of a

problem Hudson also offers headstrap cannulas. www.hudsonrci.com

It fits below the ears.

Babs, I have not had any problems with my

ears with the cannulas.

..Of course my glasses act as a cushion for the tubing.

What is out there that will help with the pain on the ears from the

cannulas? The O2 company gave me a packet with 2 foam thingy's to slip

over the cannula and they kept falling off.

What do y'all do for cushion?
