Update on Jolene

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the last batch of messages you posted. I cannot reply to

each one, so I thought I would just send out an update.

My Mom took me to ER yesterday morning, and I was 12 hours on a

Morphine Drip, and FINALLY they called an ob/gyn consult down to ER

to talk to me. She is really really nice, and a very soft and

sensitive soul.

She sent me for Ultrasound, and did the whole pelvic etc etc.. and

interviewed me for about an hour and a half.

She is seeing me in her office on Wednesday, and she wants to do a

laparoscopy. She is almost certain that I might have endometriosis,

and that is the reason my pain is following my menstrual cycle.

I don't know if it is that for sure, but for the 1st time in 2

months someone is willing to listen and work with me.

Has anyone here has a laparoscopy before? Do tell, if you have any

experiences... I have no idea what to expect. It looks like she

wants to do it before my next period, so it will be sometime in the

next few weeks.
