Guest guest
Peggy, San is onlly 15 hours from here. I have family and friends in San , Austin and Dallas. Assuming I am still alive, and can maneuver liquid oxygen tanks, we are going to rent a van and come. I dont know how I am giong to do it but I am determined. Tim has already told them at work that he needed that time off . I talked to my Dr. yesterday and she said to try to do whatever I could. So, I have a goal. Hope I live long enough to come. Guest guest
I think its incredible. As long as I can get liquid oxygen tanks in my vehicle I'm going places. When it won't hold them guess bigger vehicle, like you're renting van. None of us planning ahead can be sure of anything. But if we plan nothing then we are sure that we'll do nothing. I think also knowing that there will be others oxygen dependent helps. Also, knowing any of those of us who can help in any way will. I would just arrive early enough to rest before and not try to head home faster than you can. I hope this doesn't offend anyone or sound morbid, but I do think of quality and quantity of life tradeoffs. I know my last trip might have been a bit soon with pneumonia but from what I got out of it, if you told me it cost me a month of life, I'd do it again. Same thing for me with San . I am so excited. Its what life is about. Now, honestly I think in the long run instead of costing me it adds as having things to look forward to, experiencing friends, tires physically but energizes emotionally to more than make up for it. I do hope to see you there, . We know for various reasons some of us might not be there, but just the dreams we can carry from now until then of meeting are so enriching. > > Peggy, > San is onlly 15 hours from here.
