Help us making cancer a priority this election

As I’m sure you know, there will be a General Election this year and it’s a real opportunity to get the next government to make a firm commitment to cancer support. You can help by emailing the Parliamentary candidates in your area, asking them to sign up to our calls and vote cancer support. This is your chance to make sure that cancer is a priority this election and it only takes a minute using our template email.

We want the next government to:

improve the support offered to the two million people living with and beyond cancer after their treatment finishes

reform the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence’s drug appraisal process so more treatments become available for people with rarer cancers

provide better out-of-hours care for people nearing the end of their lives.
