The state of Texas did rule that health insurers can be sued for medical malpractice. So, why not oxygen suppliers? And, who licenses them? They require prescriptions so is it the state Pharmacy Board. Oh, now I'm more curious. If so, what about a complaint to them. > > > > I just need to talk about Apria again!
