I am a type II diabetic diagnosed in about 1986. I have taken everything from Diabeta to Glucophage and am now taking 70/30 insulin twice a day I have cardiac problems and had a quadruple bypass three years ago. I do have a problem with neuropathy in my feet so anyone who could give me advice on that it would be much appreciated. I am 49 years old and am really trying to keep all of my health (emotional and physical) issues together. Looking forward to hear from all of you Ann
Guest guest
Good Morning to everyone! I have not posted in a while I do read all the messages but seem to lurk more than write. This week has been full of doctors and today is no better. I have my Rituxan treatment, this is my second one they will be doing them every 3 weeks. I was hoping when I went to see the pulmonary and Oncologist Thursday they were going to start to taper my cellcept and imuran but no luck. They are going to taper my steriods from 80 to 60 over a 3 week period ( Thank goodness). They are telling me my lungs just keep progressing and with my heart and kidneys not playing well with others is not helping. My renal panel looked awful again, but the kidney doctor says that there is not much we can do because the medication needs to be given for my lungs and we will deal with the side affects from my kidneys as we need to. Easy for him to say. I do try so hard to stay positve but somedays I just want to drop down on the floor and kick and scream and say this is not fair. But the funny thing is I would not be able to breath after that and how in the world could I every get off of the floor. So for now I will just take a deep breath HA HA and go today and do my treatment and pray that all goes well. Thanks for letting me vent.
