I know myself I use that mychart stuff in the online medical records its how I get a hold of my RA doc and my GP doc. Although they both need to do a bit more modeling on how to stay up with it and all that. So if its something urgent I need to call them otherwise it might be several days until I hear from them especially at the RA office which that is frustrating.
