Tammy, big congrats on the 19 days smoke free!!!! What a wonderful

accomplishment!

I quit cold turkey, 14 years ago. It was not easy, but soooo well

worth it. Keep up the great work!

Sorry to hear about the PH. Surely they will give you some meds for

that?
