Click on " My Groups " in the upper right corner of this page.

It will bring up a list of your groups. Click on " Edit my Groups " in

the upper left corner.

Then go to the column " Message Delivery " . You may choose Individual

Emails, Daily Digest (reduces to several emails per day), Special

Notices, or No E-Mail.

To Save, then Click on " Save Changes "
